Over 50 Years of Land Surveying Experience
The Early Years
In 1958, Franklyn C. Gluckler, Professional Land Surveyor, established his firm in Hackensack, New Jersey and later became one of the earliest licensed Professional Planners. In 1965, the firm acquired the ancient records of a long-time surveyor Lemuel Lozier and his firm Lozier, Zabriskie & Van Keuren, which are used even today to accurately re-establish property lines. This information enables the firm to precisely verify much of the surveying information in the Northern New Jersey area.
Growing the Business
After being associated with the firm for over 30 years, Scott Den Bleyker, BSLS, PLS became a partner in 1996, and the business was renamed Gluckler & Den Bleyker. Mr. Den Bleyker graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Land Surveying degree in 1986.
